WMI was founded on the idea that collaboration is the key to success. Over the past 15 years, we have built an operations and technology consulting firm that centers people at the heart of every business process and strategic decision. We pride ourselves on a human(e) approach to business, leveraging technology and workflow management tools to allow individuals, teams, and companies the freedom to pursue their vision.

At WMI Worldwide, we value excellence and settle for nothing less. Our team holds each other accountable for every challenge we face. While maintaining this mindset and practice, in 2021, we plan to increase our activity within our partners Supplier Diversity group, continue prioritizing our corporate social responsibility through our volunteer work and donations to YWCA, and expand the growth of WMI Worldwide with more partnerships and more locations.

But at WMI we believe in the power of people and the collaborative advancements teams can make. Not only do we pride ourselves on the positive relationships we have within the company, but we strive to build a strong relationship with every customer and potential client we encounter.

Diversity: Diversity is so important to WMI – in all aspects of the word. Diversity in representation, thought, skills, and ideas. We are a minority-owned business and have a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification though OMWBE (Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises). Additionally, we are proud to have a leadership team that is represented mostly by women. We continue to keep diversity a priority as WMI expands throughout the United States, Ghana, Taiwan, Netherlands, and China.
