Job Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: A degree in information management or a similar or related field is preferred.
• Disqualifiers:
? Lack of Proficiency in Excel: Candidates must have strong skills in Excel for data analysis tasks.
? Insufficient Experience in Data Analysis: Candidates should have experience in data analysis with strong attention to detail.
? No Project Management Experience: Candidates must have experience in project management, including logical reasoning and problem-solving.
?Not Meeting PST Hours: Preference is given to candidates who can work in PST time zone.

1. Minimum 5+ years experience with corporate experience in Program Management in the field of information management, solution management
2. Minimum 4+ years experience with handling program escalations, technical projects and working with engineering team. Assist with development of business requirement, project plan, test cases and overall solution validation/testing
3. Minimum 4+ years experience with data analysis, SQL & Power BI, Power Automate

Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications.

• Key projects:
? Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
? Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
? Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
? Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
? Supports one or more highly complex business processes
? Works on multiple projects as a project team member
? Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
