Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: Helping providing information to get their jobs done, maintain a bunch of sharepoint slides that are leveraged by the people at CELA.
• Key projects: Split role (unique) 50% as in admin/EA working for 2 of the leaders on the team (booking travel, calendar, ordering suppliers, administration work). 50% Work with the Sponsor’s managerial team and help with Readiness and Operations. Candidate will be highly involved in Sharepoint.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:
• Performs a variety of complex administrative projects, for a department or division, primarily related to a specific organizational function.
• Coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and/or facility operations; completes special projects as assigned.
• Maintains and updates tools; Researches and prepares reports.
