.NET Application Built for Efficiency
Faced with thousands of partner requests that required complex validation and processing, WMI stepped in to design a streamlined .NET application. By centralizing data and automating key steps in the workflow, we helped the client enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve communication, ultimately shortening processing time for their Customer Investment Funds requests.

Global Centralization
WMI led the global centralization of one of our client's processes, working with stakeholders across 130 countries to define legal and cultural requirements. By standardizing processes and creating detailed Operations Manuals, WMI improved compliance and streamlined case management. Our team also transitioned the client from an outdated system to a modern CRM platform through an agile release, and continues to manage ongoing process improvements, ensuring efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

User Acceptance Testing
WMI took over User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Program Management Operations (PMO) for a rapidly growing program, ensuring thorough testing of new features and system updates. By streamlining testing processes and managing daily PMO work, WMI helped improve accuracy and timeliness in delivering statements and payments customers, exceeding $1.5M monthly. This structured approach minimized production issues and improved overall operational efficiency.

Gaming Consulting - Workflow Automation & Integration
WMI deployed a cross-functional team to conduct a thorough analysis of the team's existing workflows. Leveraging Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI, WMI implemented an integrated, automated solution that centralized data and streamlined communication.
